You will receive an email with a ticket (PDF file) from us that you will need to print. Please, pack your device and include that document inside the box.
You will receive an estimate from us which you will have to approve so that we can start working on your device. Estimate will include quote and turnaround time. After we are done, we will ship the device back to you.
