WE FIX IT AND SEND IT BACK. We diagnose your device and give you a quote. After your approval, we fix the device. We send you an invoice and ship the device back to you.

How can I contact you?

How do I ship my device?
We will send you shipping instructions to pack the device as a guide. You choose packaging, carrier,  and insurance amount.

Who pays for the shipping?
You pay when you send us your device and we pay for return shipping. Notice that we will be using same packaging, carrier, and insurance amount as yours.

How long will it take to get my device back?
We strive to provide a fast turn around. Our repair time is 1 to 2 business days for cell phones and 2 to 5 business days for the rest of the devices. Notice that repair time does not include shipping time.

What happens if I don’t want to repair the device?
Our prices are fair and our service very professional do this does not happen very often. However, if it does, we will only charge you a $30 fee for our diagnostic and send the device back to you.
